This page explains what data Black Route collects and how it is used.
1. VPN traffic
We do not inspect or log the contents of your VPN traffic. We store only the technical data needed to keep the service running, such as server load.
2. Payments
Payments are processed in crypto. We store the minimum data required to match your payment to a VPN configuration, such as an order identifier and your email.
3. Support
When you contact support we receive the email address and message you send. This information is used only to answer your request.
4. Advertising and measurement
We may advertise our service (including via Google). When you reach our site from an ad, the link may include identifiers such as gclid. We use these only to measure ad effectiveness and do not pass them to ad networks as personally identifiable information.
5. Website and cookies
We may collect technical data (e.g. IP, device type, pages viewed) and use cookies or local storage for site operation and analytics. You can limit tracking via your browser settings or request details/opt-out by writing to admin@blackroute.space.
